The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. phdream99 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phdream99 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream99 login credentials. You agree to notify phdream99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. phdream99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
phdream99 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. phdream99 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time.
phdream99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. phdream99 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phdream99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals.
All transactions on phdream99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phdream99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Account balances will not be reduced below zero.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phdream99 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless a deposit match bonus specifies otherwise. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the individual bonus terms.

phdream99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
All games available on phdream99 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
phdream99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity, phdream99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phdream99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the phdream99 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of phdream99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phdream99 Platform without prior written consent from phdream99.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdream99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
phdream99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdream99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
phdream99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that:
Upon termination for cause, phdream99 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting phdream99 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
phdream99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phdream99 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
phdream99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phdream99, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phdream99 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.
